Our in-depth study and understanding of the engineering properties/characteristics of soil relative to the structure to be imposed is one of our specialities.
Geophysical and Ground Water Resources
Progress Engineers has a team of experienced geophysicists, hydro-geologists/geologist and water engineers. The determination of the best well location, optimum depth, drilling/supervision of well development, pump testing to determine yield form parts of our in-house expertise.

Our structural Engineering division is responsible for the design of some structures spread all over the country among them are Federal University of Technology, Akure, Engineering Complex; and Structural Integrity Evaluation of some General Hospitals in some States of the Country including Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Our Civil Engineering division is responsible for survey, highways, bridges and road designs including drainage and flood control works. Some of the projects include World Bank financed road projects.
Our Water Supply division concentrates on the feasibility studies, design and supervision of sustainable water schemes. Feasibility studies and supervision of rural water supply to 48 communities in Imo State were recently carried out. Other projects successfully completed can be viewed in our projects section.
Irrigation and Agricultural Development
For over three decades now the country has been a net importer of food especially rice. Progress Engineers has been involved with pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, designs and supervision of several agricultural projects for some of the River Basin Development Authorities and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture.
